We track issues, feature requests, usability improvements and clarifications raised by our clients or identified by us across Dhan's platforms. Every item is shared with the Dhan team, and we regularly follow up on pending requests.
Each entry records our follow-ups, responses received and current status, so clients can see the work we are doing on their behalf. Resolved items remain available to show the outcome and acknowledge improvements.

What the statuses mean
- Logged
- Recorded by T7; not yet sent to Dhan.
- Reported
- Sent to Dhan; awaiting acknowledgement or a substantive response.
- Acknowledged
- Dhan has acknowledged the item; work has not necessarily been scheduled.
- In progress
- Dhan has explicitly confirmed investigation or development.
- Awaiting verification
- A fix or feature is reported live; T7 has not yet verified it.
- Monitoring
- Initial verification passed; watching for recurrence.
- Resolved
- T7 has verified the outcome, with a date and brief test note.
- Closed
- No further action, with a reason such as duplicate, expected behaviour or declined request.
